Attorney Rice graduated with distinction from Notre Dame Law School, where he received a merit scholarship. He wrote extensively on the intersection of commerce and international law, studied civil procedure and evidence with Judge Amy Barrett of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and participated in the Ken Adams’ intensive contract drafting seminar.
